Vision, mission, values and beliefs, cultural norms, hierarchy and authority, organizational management style, internal EEFs
What are some of the infrastructure environmental factors?
Facilities, equipment, telecommunication channels, IT hardware and usability

What is work performance data?
Work performance data is raw data and facts about project work, status of project work assignments (percent complete, in progress, start and finish dates, cost of activities, number of change requests, defects, durations)
What is work performance information?
Work performance information is analyzed work performance data, useable information to make decisions, status to actionable results
What are work performance reports?
Work performance reports are work performance information in communicable formatting. Status reports, memos, dashboards, project updates. Helps stakeholders make decisions.
How do we tailor processes?
- choose what processes should be used on a project
- what depth the processes should be used
- not every process is needed on every project
- the larger the project, the more processes are likely needed
