A

Use index and middle finger (NO THUMB)

Press gently

Count 10 seconds, then multiply by 6

The first pulse counted as 0

Must be taken 5 seconds after the workout ended

Keep moving to avoid blood pooling in the lower limbs

Taken every 10-15 ,imputes during an exercise bout
