MOA: Acetylates platelet cyclooxygenase, inhibits prostaglandin synthase
Uses: Antiplatelet (post MI, stroke), anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic
Atorvastatin
MOA: HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (blocks endogenous cholesterol synthesis)
Uses: hypercholesterolemia, mixed hyperlipidemia (both cholesterol & triglyceride elevation)
Clopidogrel
MOA: Selective & irreversible inhibitor of platelet activation by binding to the ADP dependent recpetor on platelets

Uses: hypertension, angina, slow heart rate in supraventricular tachyarrhythmias

MOA: Blocks Na reabsorption from ascending limb of the loop of Henley
Uses: (loop) Diuretic

MOA: Increases lipoprotein lipases activity & decreases VLDL synthesis in the liver
Uses: Hypertriglyceridemia
Hydrochlorothiazide
MOA: Blocks Na reabsorption from the proximal portion of the distal convoluted tubule
Uses: (thiazide) diuretic, hypertension
Lisinopril
MOA: ACE inhibitor
Uses: hypertension, congestive heart failure
Metoprolol
MOA: Selective B1 adrenergic receptor antagonist
Uses: Hypertension, angina, heart failure, post MI
Nifedipine
MOA: Ca channel antagonist
Uses: hypertension

MOA: Nonselective B1 & B2 adrenergic raptor antagonist
