How do you Dx dilated cardiomyopathy?

A

CXR: enlarged silhouette, pulmonary vascular changes, pleural effusions

EKG: chamber enlargement, conduction delay, diffuse ST segment ABN, localized Q waves

Echo: 4 chamber enlargement w/ global reduction of systolic contractile function, regurgitant valves (MV, TV), DEC EF
