Aspirin

A

Class: NSAID
MoA: COX inhibitor, less PG release
Dose: 300mg (1-2 tablets, qds)
Indication: headache, arthalgia, HF
SEs: indigestion, hypocoagulability (easy bleeding/bruising; black, tarry stools)
Contraindications: hypersensitivity, asthma, rhinitis, nasal polyps
