stroke signs, hemoptysis, splinter hemorrhages, petechiae of the conjunctiva, palate, neck and upper trunk or extremities, osler nodes (tender subcutaneous sodules on digits) and janeway lesions (nontender erythematous hemorrhagic or pustular lesions on palms or soles)
cardinal sign of pericarditis (inflammation of pericardium)
