A
No more than 500mL bolus and reevaluate
Airway management (PPV may decrease preload) 
Pressor, first choice dobutamine second choice dopamine then norepi

A

Most serious complication of AHF. Fluid can accumulate from peumonia, exposure to toxins/meds, exercise, living at high alititudes)

A

SPO2 less than 85
ETCO2 greater than 50
Accessory muscle use
altered LOC

Pulm edema tx

A

BP over 100 nitro 0.4mg q 5 (maybe max 2)
Lasix decreases venous tone immediately and produces diuresis in 5-10minutes
CPAP
Tubing PEEP at 5cm increase by 2.5 max 10cm
Pressor if SBP under 90 then give nitro
