MDT management VTE prophylaxis Treat HF - O2 - Diuretics - Cardio selective Bblockers - Vasodilators (GTN, hydralazine) Arrhythmia control - digoxin Consider immune suppressant if myocarditis on biopsy Consider Intra-aortic balloon pumps Consider Cardiac transplant Deliver electively
