Signs/symptoms: SOB, chest pain, palpitations, fluid overload
LV EF <45%
Last month of pregnancy to ~5months PP
30% risk recurrence

A
MDT management
VTE prophylaxis
Treat HF
	- O2
	- Diuretics
	- Cardio selective Bblockers 
	- Vasodilators (GTN, hydralazine)
Arrhythmia control - digoxin
Consider immune suppressant if myocarditis on biopsy
Consider Intra-aortic balloon pumps
Consider Cardiac transplant
Deliver electively
