A

The Food Pyramid - By the USDA to promote healthy food choices with exercise (for entire family)

The Plate Method - 1/4 starch, 1/4 meats, 1/2 vegetables, fruits and low fat milk (for low literate people)

Exchange Lists for Diabetes - foods are grouped together in similar nutrient content and serving size can be exchanged (basic reading and math skills)

Carbohydrate Counting - mostly for diabetes patients (1 CHO choice = 15g CHO)
