Two way comms failed?

Answer 1

Ask aircraft to transmits a signal to see if they can receive messages
If fails,
Ask other aircraft to contact
Transmit wx and other info, saying transmitting blind
Ask nearby surveillance to look for aircraft

Advise other aircraft of issue

Question 2

Ac procedure if comms fail

Answer 2

VFR:
Continue in VFR
Land nearest aerodrome
Report the diversion

IFR:
Proceed with flight plan to designated fix at destination
Commence decent close to eta, hold if necessary
Complete instrument approach
And within 30 mins of eta if possible
