It is executive control of the liturgy vested in the bishop. Yes, Deacons are subject to this, 1) we
answer directly to the bishop, 2) jus liturgicium applies to the entire diocese.

A communicant is someone who receives the Eucharist. Communicants don’t have to necessarily
be a member of a parish

It is the granting of an annulment of a marriage, stating a sacramental marriage never occurred.

Consanguinity, Insanity. These are things that would make a marriage non-sacramental in the
first place

We are no longer representatives/officials of the state. We are not bound in anyway by the laws
of the State in regards to marriage because it is not the state that defines marriage, but
God’s holy Church. We only perform sacramental marriages, and they will need to have
an official of the state sign the marriage license

SOMEONE? WHAT MIGHT A BASIS BE FOR YOU TO CHOOSE NOT TO GIVE
A PERSON HOLY COMMUNION?-
MUST LET THE BISHOP KNOW. PERSON MUST BE A NOTORIOUSLY EVIL LIVER.
Who constitutes the Executive Committee of the Council of Bishops? What are their duties?
Only diocesan, ordinary bishops. Approval coordinations to the priesthood, or clerical reception Suzhou stations in any other duties assigned to the committee.
