Bowel Cancer - Criteria for high risk patient?
Three first degree relatives with CRC diagnosed with one <55yo
Bowel Cancer - High risk patient Mx? (3)
- Refer to family cancer clinic
- FOBT every 2 years from 35yo
- Colonoscopy every 5 years from 45-74yo

Bowel cancer - moderate increased risk Mx? (3)
- FOBT every 2 years from 40yo
- Colonoscopy every 5 years from 50-74yo
- 100mg daily aspirin from 50-70 (at least 2.5 years)
Bowel cancer - moderately increased risk Mx? (2)
- FOBT every 2 years from 50-74
- 100mg daily aspirin for 2.5 years from 50-70
Breast ca - normal screening protocol?
Mammogram 50-74yo
- Repeat every 2 years
Breast Ca - moderate increased risk criteria?

- <50 yo at Dx

Annual screening from 40yo
