Tubular: with glands going straight down
Villous: finger like projections, more likely to be malignant

Once it has invaded through the muscularis mucosae
What are the 2 types of epithelial tissue in the breast?
Lobular: secretory units
Ductile: Carries milk to nipple
What is meant when a tumour is described as being “in situ”?
It is high end of severe dysplasia
molecular changes of cancer but not yet invaded through basement membrane

Basal cell carcinoma
