Specially designed medicine that travels through body. Can damage healthy cells.
Mastectomy
Removal of the whole breast to treat cancer.
Remission
When all signs of cancer are removed from persons body. Doesn’t mean cancer is gone and can rebound.
Mammogram
Special x-ray examination of breasts, every 2 years, every year after age 50
Self-examinations
Best way to find cancer before it becomes malignant.
