What is cancer
When cells carry on dividing, ignoring signals to stop, to form a mass of cells which become cancerous

Cancerous cells can leave the first site and invade other organs and tissues in a process called metastasis
Treatment is of three kinds
Surgery
Chemotherapy
Radiotherapy

To cut it out with a scapel or a laser

Chemical compounds kill the cancer cells or stop their DNA from making new cells
Often has side effects such as nausea and vomiting
Radiotherapy

Prayer, positive thinking techniques and so on
