retention of damp, phlegm or food
sticky granular, pasty
excessive yang heat brings turbid st qi upward, or retention of phlegm and food,
Peeled
Partially, geographical, consumption of st qi and yin, entire peeled, mirror or glossy, exhaustion of st yin, severe damage of st qi
