Know that 1%= 1g in 100ml

So just get the volume to 100ml and the unit to g

A

Just to calculations with pt’s weight for the dose

Once you’ve got the dose, look at the nomogram for the interval

You give the FULL DOSE at each interval (none of this diving shite)
