Adult; 2-4mg/kg of 10% solution slowly IV over 5min; may repeating 10 min. MAX 1GM DOSE
Pedi: 20mg/kg/dose of 10% solution slowly IV/IO MAX 1GM DOSE, may repeat in 10 min
