What is a CADORS?
A
Canadian Aviation Daily Occurence Reporting System
TC collects occurence info through CADORS to prevent recurrence and improve safety

When is a CADORS made?
A
When anything unusual happens to a Canadian Aircraft or to any aircraft that is in Canada when the thing happens, it should be reported in a CADORS.
A flight plan not being closed, a student getting lost, a major accident, taking off without a clearance, etc…would all qualify.
