A

Identify Spot
* Identify a landing place ( no rush )
* Flying at 500 AGL or 100 under the clouds.
* Get into Low Vis config

1st Circuit
* Fly length ( non traffic ) at height. (non traffic side )
* Bug heading
* Identify aiming point.
* Identify go around point
* Time should be at least 10 - 12 seconds

First downwind
* In close
* Pan pan pan
* Passenger briefing
* Squawk 7700
* ELT on

Second Inspection
* 200 ft
* Detail surface review
* Go around at go around point, climb back up

Second downwind
* Spacing… dont squash in
* Pre-landing checks
* Door handles 45
* Short field approach

After Landing
* Secure plane
* Contact ATC/Club/Police
* First aid if needed
* Don’t talk to media or anyone.

A

Fuel Shutoff - OUT
Ignitation - OFF
Throttle IDLE

If fire still not out, dive - goal is 120+ kts.
Land as soon as possible

Once Started, fuel pump off. Turn on if engine fails again.

If starts:
* Power 1800 RPM for a few minutes
* Idle Cut Off

Fails to Start
* Throttle - Full OPEN
* Mixture - Idle Cut Off
* Cranking - CONTINUE
* Fuel Shut-off - OUT
* Fuel Pump - OFF

Exit Aircarft
Extinish fire - Fire extingushier / Blanket.
