Some bullies want power by bullying someone to make them feel weaker or to increase their popularity with other people.

Bullying is repeated verbal, physical, cyber or emotional aggressive behaviour by a person or group directed towards a less powerful person or group that is intended to cause harm, distress or fear.

What is aggresive behavior?
A
When dealing with problems in an angry and threatning behavior in a way to hurt people.

What is passive behavior?
A
When dealing with the situation by ignoring or not saying anything about it.

When dealing with an event in an honest and kind way (by describing how you feel etc).
