GP- diagnosing illness and active listening, providing information about the range of services available

social worker- actively listening to personal problems experienced by service user, making assessment of need, talking with service user about range of service available

care assistant- arrange for special place within care centre where person can pray, asking service user what they would like activities offered, making sure that there is an option service user can eat at lunch time
