Traditionalist. His favorite Barbaresco vineyard. 3 week maceration. Ages wine in both barrel and bottle with slightly less time than Santo Stefano in order to expose more fruit.

La Spinetta= the top of the hill, in the heart of the area well known for Moscato d’Asti.
100% Colorino. Plum, prune, tripe tannins. Very intense dark red color (Colorino, meaning color). Full bodied, chocolate, fresh.

Gaglioppo-dark sinned and lusty. Maintains freshness and brightness. Bitter cherry. Forceful tannins witha grainy texture and lush ripeness.
