Q

Life cycle of moss?

A
  1. Water transfers sperm (1n) from male to egg (1n) on female
  2. Egg fertilizes and creates zygote (2n)
  3. Grows into immature sporophyte inside of egg
  4. Mature sporophyte with capsule
  5. Meiosis - spores break off of sporophyte and go into ground
  6. Germination creates protonema
  7. Full grown moss
