  2. Localized disease causing suppurative or granulomatous lesion including arthritis spondylitis, bursitis, endocarditis, liver granuloma, meningioencephalitis, osteomyelitis, epididymo-orchitis, pneumonia, hepatitis
  3.  chronic brucellosis: low-grade fever and neuropsychiatric symptoms
