What is a lunula ?
A half moon shaped necklace made from gold or bronze the rich people would wear them at that time.
What is a cist grave?
A shallow pit, lined with stone slabs and covered by a large flat stone
What is a wedge tomb?
They were built above the ground and they were made from stone slabs. They were low and narrow at the back and higher and wider at the front.
What is a stone circle ?
They were built by placing large upright stones into the ground
Describe two ways in which the Bronze Age people cooked their food?
1) By cooking over a fire in large bronze cauldrons
2) By digging a hole in damp ground and lining it with flat stones or pieces of wood and adding large stones that had been heated in a near by fire to boil the water
