Process (work on a section for 10 min. Total of 90/day.)

  1. Play roughly, no metronome. Figure out perfect speed, my speed (-20?), where to break into smaller sections, difficult fingering, what metronome speed to start at (slow enough I can learn to not make a mistake), noise level and rapids all highlighted, the pdf cleaned up. GRAY TO PURPLE
  2. Work on a section until I can play at the slowest speed flawlessly. THEN LEVEL 2
  3. Only when I regularly play at that speed without errors move it up 5. STAYS level 2 until a third from beginning speed to my final. Move to level four when at 2/3.
  4. When I get it to my speed, combine with any other sections, but don’t remove section breaks. Move it to level
  5. When full song is at my speed, try moving speed up by 1. If I continue regularly playing without error, keep at advanced otherwise back down 1. If I start making a regular error, take that section and down 5 until no errors and back up.
