Breath sound
A
Coarse crackles— caused by fluid or secretion in the airways
Bronchial breathe sounds— caused by turbulent airflow
Fine crackles / Crepitations — caused by fluid secretion
Wheezing— caused by narrowing of air
Pleural rub— inflammation of the pleural layer/ loss of lubrication
Stridor — due to narrowing or blockage in the upper airway.
