Causes of Gynaecomastia

A

Drugs: Cannabis, methadone, oestrogen and other hormone-manipulating drugs used in tx prostate cancer, spironolactone, digoxin

Klinefelter’s - decreased androgen syndrome

increased oestrogen levels - chronic liver disease, thyrotoxicosis, some adrenal tumours
