A

In front of mirror hands at sides.
Note changes like dimpling, swelling distended veins, rashes, nipple discharge, deviation, flattening, or inversion.

Also, put hands on hips and behind head bringing elbows forward to see if can create dimpling puckering.

A

In shower and laying down with arm over head.
Use circular or wedge method
Palate all tissue, areola, nipple, tail of spence, axillary and supraclavicular nodes
Feel for unusual lumps, tenderness and any nipple discharge.
