Usually disappear after menopauses - likely related to hormone changes
Exact cause is unknown

Common in >35 years especially perimenopausal

Symptoms:
A
Small breast lump - smooth, distinct border, firm to lax consistency (depends on the fluid pressure), immobile not fixed
Breast pain
Increased lump size and tenderness before menstruation
Tenderness

Signs:
A
Fluid filled lump, rounded, not fixed to its surroundings, easily movable and smooth
