identify staging of T1-T2, T4a-T4b
T1 - tumour less than 2cm T2 - 2cm-5cm T3 - 5cm + T4a - invasion of chestwall T4b -ulceration
describe adjvant HORMONE used for breast cancer?
premenopausal - 5yrs TAMOXIFEN
post menopausal - aromatase inhibitors
when is chemo mostly used?
patients undewr 50yrs
6 cycles every 21days
given before RT or during
