Smoking
Damage to nipple - eczema, candidal infection, piercings
Underlying breast disease- can affect drainage

A
Swollen fluctuant tender lump within the breast
Generalised symptoms of infection

What is management?
A
Antibiotics - co-amox or erythro+metronidazole to cover anaerobes
