How would you Ix and Mx BA?
A
- Depends on presenting complain.
If uncomplicated BO
- Drip and suck
- Tube decompression
- Analgesia
Surgical
- Adhesiolysis
- open/laparoscopic

How would you prevent BA?
A
- Correct surgical technical
- reducing intraperitoneal organ handling
