Like food borne but without gastrointestinal symptoms

18-36 hours

Clinical manifestation of intestinal botulism
Can be mild illness
Severe respiratory failure
Severe paralysis
Diagnosis
Clinical sign ( symmetric descending paralysis , afebrile, mentally intact )
