- Dense regular connective tissue

- Very vulnerable to tensile failure, especially biceps and triceps brachii, the rotator cuff muscles, the FPL, the peroneus longus, teh medial head of the gastrocnemius, rectus femoris, adductor longus, iliopsoas, pectoralis major, semimembranosus and whole hamstring group
