- Mic switches OXYGEN MASK
Tac 1, 2 or instructor
a. headset REMOVE
b. PBE Stowage case RETRIEVE
c. Smoke hood DON
BOLDFACE Dual Generator Failure
- Instrument emergency lights (if required) ON
- Generators RESET, THEN ON
If either generator will reset
3. Operating generator loadmeter MONITOR
If neither generator will reset
4. Non essential Equipment off
If the automatic load shedding fails or the aircraft had weight on wheels:
a. ANT Master switch OFF

- Oxygen masks DON
- Headsets DON or Audio Speakers ON
- Mic switches OXYGEN MASK
BOLDFACE Airstair Door Unlocked
- All occupants seated with seat belts securely fastened
INITIAL ACTIONS Passenger Masks Deployed
- Lanyard pin PULL
- Oxygen mask DON
- Elastic Strap TIGHTEN
- Descend AS REQUIRED
When cabin altitude is below 10,000ft or oxygen flow has ceased:
a. Oxygen mask REMOVE
b. Lanyard Pin INSERT
INITIAL ACTIONS Suspected Hypoxia
Affected members:
1. PBE/Oxygen mask DON
Other crew members also don PBE or oxygen mask at captains discretion
Descend and/or land at nearest suitable airfield as required
INITIAL ACTIONS Smoke or Fumes Present
- PBE DON
- PBE End of Service light CHECK
If red light on:
a. Remove and replace PBE
- Gloves ON
INITIAL ACTIONS Smoke or Fire in Equipment Rack
- PBE DON
- PBE End of Service light CHECK
If red light on:
a. Remove and replace PBE
- Gloves ON
- Equipment Rack OFF
- Fire extinguisher OBTAIN
- Post fire watch CONDUCT
If smoke or fire persists and at captains discretion:
Discharge fire retardant into equipment rack access holes
Report number of extinguishers used and effect
INITIAL ACTIONS Life Raft Deployment
- RELEASE or CUT stowage box buckle
- OPEN & DISCARD Emergency exit
- Pass life raft THROUGH EXIT
- Pull line out & JERK TO INFLATE
- PULL life raft to aircraft & BOARD
- CUT mooring line (if required)
- CONFIRM ELT ACTIVATION (flashing LED)
BOLDFACE Pressurisation loss
- Oxygen mask DON
- Headsets DON
- Mic switches OXYGEN MASK
- Passenger manual drop-out PULL ON
(PASSENGER OXYGEN ON) - Illuminated - Descend AS REQUIRED
