- Balance - on both feet with bent knees
- head over spine; avoid looking down - Straight - back/spine straight and neutral
- close to body - keep elbows and hands close to your body
- relaxed - shoulders
- shift - body weight and move feet as you work
- direction - face trunk and feet towards direction of movement
- neutral - keep angle of wrists neutral
- Support - keep thumbs and fingers supported or stacked
- different parts - use different parts of your hands
- breathe - don’t hold breath
