  • IV clinda, anced

GU/GI

  • Amp +/- gent /iv 30min pre-op–>+Gent if: prosthetic valve, previous IE, complex cyanotic congenital heart disease, surgically constructed systemic to pulmonary shunts or conduits
  • IV Vancouver +/- gen
