To carry oxygen and nutrients throughout the body
What are white blood cell’s function?
They help fight infections off
What are platelets function?
Makes your blood clot to help stop bleeding wounds (makes it into a scab)
What’s the medical term for red blood cells?

What is hemophilia?
When your blood doesn’t clot making you bleed excessively
What color is oxygenated blood?
Light red
What color is deoxygenated blood?
Dark red
What do your arteries do?
Carry’s blood away from the heart to all the body’s tissue
What do your veins do?
Carries deoxygenated blood from the body to the heart
