It is used as a binder of potassium in acute and chronic kidney disease or in people with Hyperkalaemia. (Dr. Wikipedia says it is unclear if this even works but it’s on the list so I’m putting it in).

Ferrous sulphate (and fumerate), Hydroxocobalamin, Folic Acid
Ferrous sulphate for iron deficiency anaemia
Hydroxocobalamin for vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia (it is a form of Vitamin B12)
Folic acid for folic acid/vitamin B12 deficiency anaemia
