- Produced by Marvel but distributed by Disney- Vertical intergration
- Black Panther was fully owned by Marvel
- In early 2000s Marvel began film production
- When Disney bought Marvel they agreed to minimal influence on Marvel products.
- In 2013, Marvel signed a contract with Netflix but caused conflict with Disney and so was removed
