Leadership positions and certain industries (Tech and Finance) Which can be attributed to both historical and ongoing barriers to education, networking, and career advancement
Workplace disparaties on Blacks/African Americans are often in
hiring, pay, promotions, and workplace treatment
Attribution of certian characteristics, behaviors, or roles to individuals soley based on the race. These are negative often based on overgeneralization
Racial Stereotyping
Assuming that a black employee is more likely to excel in athletics or entertainment roles rather than intellectual or leadership positions

Often unintentional comments or actions convey negative attitudes towards a racial group. Can accumulate over time and create a hostile work environment

American Indian or Alaska Native, Asian, Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, and white
