  1. Atypical antipsychotics (Olanzapine / Haloperidol) (for Mania)
  2. Mood stabilisers (Lithium / Sodium Valproate)
  3. Antidepressants (Fluoxetine SSRI)
  4. CBT
  5. ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy)
  6. Address co-morbidities (2-3x increased risk of DM, CVS, COPD)
