Its an interview and assessment tool used at the beginning of therapy to assess biological, psychological, and social factors that can be contributing to a problem (client’s can refuse to answer questions if they want)
What areas do most pychosocial assessment’s focus on? (hint there are 5)
identifying info, presenting problem, social/environment information, history, and mental status exam
What should all assessments have a section for at the end?
Summary of the assessment and diagnosis or clinical impressions, goals and reccomendations
