• 1 episode of flexion/ extension of limb or open/close hand
• 2 accelerations
• 1 pocket of amniotic fluid >2cm

when to do what

• 0-4 = worrisome, deliver
• 6 = equivocal, if at term deliver
• 8-10 = dank, keep cooking
