A muscular and tubular part of the female genital tract, which in humans extends from the vulva to the cervix

Lower part of the uterus that opens to the vagina
Ovary
Where he ova are produced and mature
Fallopian tube
Ova is fertilised here and travels down this duct to the uterus for implantation
Endometrium
Lining of the uterus. The fertilised ova implants here during pregnancy. This lining sheds during menstruation
Urethra
Carries urine outside the body from the bladder
Vas deferens
Long muscular tube that transports sperm from epididymis to urethra
Epididymis
Stores sperm during maturation
Testes
Produces sperm and testosterone
Prostate gland
Secretes milky, alkaline fluid the neutralises the acidity of the vagina
Penis glans
The sensitive end of the penis
Urethra
Carries the urine and sperm outside of the body
Erectile tissue
Spongy tissue that fills with blood during an erection
Scrotum
Houses of the testis and controls the temperature of the testis
