Organ system made up of the heart, blood and blood vessels
Arteries
Blood vessels that carry blood away from the heart.
Veins
Blood vessels that carry blood to the heart
Capillaries
The smallest blood vessels where exchange occurs
Alveoli
Tiny air sacs found in the lungs
Diffusion
The movement of particles from a high to low concentration
