What are the two types of starch?
Amyloses and amylopectin
What is cellulose?
Major component of cell walls in plants.
Structure of triglyceride?
One glycerol joined by ester bound to three fatty acids
Why do animal have glycogen rather than starch
Animals need more energy than plant due to there high metabolic rate so the need an energy storage with more branches to be released quicker.
