What are the non polar non aromatic acids?
Tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine
Name the aromatic side chains?
Non polar molecules have little electronegativity differencethat its almost equal sharingbut polar molecules have an greater electronegativity difference

What is the difference between non-polar and polar molecules?
Serine, threonine, asparagine, and glutamine {{3 2 1.png}}{{3 2 0.png}}
What are the polar side chain amino acids?
Instead of Asparagine and glutamine having amide groups, we now have carboxylate groups which makes them acids. Good to go
What is the difference of asparagine and glutamine in comparison to glutamic acid and aseptic acid?
Lysine, arginine, and histidine and they are basic.
What are the positively charged side chains for amino acids? Are they basic or acidic?
They are catalyzed by trypsin and chymotrypsin. Trypsin cleaves the carboxyl end of arginine and chymotrypsin cleaves the carboxyl end of tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine.
What is hydrolysis catalyzed by? What do these enzymes do?
PkaNH3 group+PkaCOOH- 2
What is the formula for pI neutral amino acid?
